Open Google Remote Desktop

Click the button below to open the support page in Chrome. You'll need to sign in with your Google account.

Click "Generate Code"

Under Share your screen, click the blue Generate Code button. A 12-digit access code will appear.

Share the code with me

A 12-digit code will appear on screen. Call or text this code to me. It expires after 5 minutes.

Click Share when prompted

Once I enter your code, a dialog will ask permission to share your screen. Click Share and I'll be connected.

Open Quick Assist

Click the Start menu (Windows button) and type Quick Assist, then press Enter.

Click "Get Help"

When Quick Assist opens, click the Get Help button.

You'll get a 6-digit code

A code will appear on your screen. Share this code with me by phone or text. It's valid for 10 minutes.

Click Allow when prompted

Once I enter your code, you'll see a prompt asking permission to share your screen. Click Allow and I'll be connected.

Install and open the app

Use the Google Play or Amazon Appstore button on this page.

Tap the scan icon, point at the QR code below

The app will ask to confirm the server. Tap OK.

That's it, you're connected

Your device appears on McKinneyTech's support dashboard automatically. No code to share with me.
